Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Cristina Garcia receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Cristina Garcia merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must not be worn or altered. We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items or Clearance items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
The best option for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online is by mail. All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
Returns By Mail
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
- Send us an email at email@example.com or contact us directly through our website at https://www.cristinagarcia.us/contact-us/
- Complete the required information on the email or contact form that we will send you once your return is approved.
- Review and Print the return Prepaid Shipping Label and Packing Slip.
- Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials, or the specified USPS standard shipping box that we will tell you to preferably use.
- Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
- For purchases made on CristinaGarcia.us, mail your return package at any US Postal Service office drop-off location, or hand off your package to your US Postal Service mail carrier driver.
NOTE: Eligible merchandise purchased on CristinaGarcia.us using PayPal may be returned to CristinaGarcia.us for a refund to the purchasing PayPal account only, no exchanges.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Returns and Exchange: Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Items Shipping and Delivery: Your entire order will ship once the monogrammed item(s) are complete. Please allow approximately an additional 1-2 business days for delivery of all custom and personalized orders. Custom and personalized items ship separately from other items in orders, and are eligible for standard ground shipping only.
Customizing after receiving item/submitting order: Unfortunately, it is not possible to request customization for your item after the order has been placed or after you have received your product. We ask that all customizing requests be submitted at the time of ordering.
Customizing Availability: Customization services are currently only available for online orders in the United States and for specific items only.
RETURNING A GIFT
Gifts purchased online can be returned or exchanged by mail or in store when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. To return or exchange by mail, please call a customer service representative to obtain a prepaid shipping label at: 1 (857) 400-4121 (for the U.S.)
For merchandise returned with a gift receipt only, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of a Cristina Garcia E-Gift Card.
All personalized merchandise and Clearance items are SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
IN-STORE PURCHASES (US ONLY):
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Cristina Garcia will accept the item(s) for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
New, unused and in good condition;
Inclusive of all original packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange; and
Accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt.
SALE: All personalized merchandise and Clearance items are SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Restrictions:
Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of the purchase, except cash and check refunds will be issued by e-Gift Cards or Merchandise Credit.
Eligible merchandise purchased on CristinaGarcia.us using PayPal may be returned for a Merchandise Credit only
Merchandise accompanied by a Gift Receipt may be exchanged or returned in store for Merchandise Credit only
Cristina Garcia does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers
Merchandise not accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged for the value of the item’s current selling price.
Cristina Garcia offers a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are non-returnable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Cristina Garcia reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.

Merchandise ordered on cristinagarcia.us can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes (subject to the terms below). We currently do not ship cristinagarcia.us purchases internationally.
You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer one shipping methods for online orders: (1) Standard ground shipping

$6.90 (flat rate) for orders totaling less than $50.00

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.
** Orders received at our fulfillment center before 12:00 PM EST should ship that same day; orders received after 12:00 PM EST should ship the next Business Day.
***Free standard ground shipping valid on orders of $50.00 or more in the U.S. Minimum purchase amounts do not include taxes or gift wrapping charges. See table above for shipping details.
NOTE: All deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and P.O. boxes are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO and P.O. boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations. Additionally, for some orders having a high dollar value over a certain threshold, we may require signature for the delivery, which means they may not be eligible for Standard Ground Shipping.
SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. If needed please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide instructions.
Cristina Garcia E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, typically on the same day of purchase, and are ready to use within 24 hours. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.
IN STORE PICKUP
We currently do not offer in store pickup for cristinagarcia.us purchases.
OUT OF STOCK
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
A short shipment occurs when we ship to you fewer items than the items for which you initially were able to place an order. For example, we may ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. However, we will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) actually get shipped.
